Over the Top Bracket

Product Overview 

• Loading – Designed for supporting at least 2KN loading in any direction when secured to pole
• Securing – Designed to be secured to pole using a pole bolt and one coach screw
• Traction Test –Flexibility is built in for changing fixing points- securing bolt is not within 200m of top of pole
• The OTB's body is manufactured from standard 3mm Mild Steel Galvanized
• The cross-arms are manufactured from standard 5mm Mild Steel Galvanized for increased mechanical performance
• The OTB body and cross-arm comes pre-welded significantly reducing installation time
• Recommended installation on pole is performed using a Ml6 x 350mm pole bolt and 100mm hexagonal coach screw, option to supply both with product
• Modular cross arms allow for both distribution and drop cables to be fed from the bracket both parallel and perpendicular to the road
• Modular cross arms can be supplied in various lengths and hole count depending on the application. Ref Appendix for range of crossarms to suit
• Flanges on both edge lines provide superior retention and purchase against the mounting surface. 20mm protrusion on each side of main body
• Pole bolt is positioned 300mm down from the apex of the pole. The coach screw is attached 100mm below the pole bolt position, in a slotted coach hole, for ease of installation
